I'm trying to finish up my word and image elective which is about the banality of celebrity, however my magazine spreads are looking awful!
If you guys have any good references for posters/magazines/whatever that have this sort of bold typography please point me in their direction I will be very grateful.

You could cut him out and overlay him over the type slightly. Mebs make the type more of a solid block so each line is a slightly different size but they're all the same width,thats what I always used to do with BOGOF messages when I did instore comms, proper big block of type then, hits you slap between the eyes!
